Do I have to pay customs fees?
All shipments are dispatched from the UK. By law, all items must be declared at full price, as the receiver, it is your responsibility to cover the costs if your shipment incurs import duties or fees. Please be aware we do not have any control over fees so we are unable to advise the cost as they vary from each country. Please check your country's regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.
If your order is returned to us through a fault of your own (i.e incorrect address; refused to pay customs fees; failed to collect) we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.
Will my original shipping charge be refunded?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
If you received free shipping on your order, the amount it cost us to dispatch your order will be deducted off your refund.
Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch all shipments on the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Once your order has been marked as dispatched, you will be contacted via email with your consignment details.
Please note: During peak times of the year, we are unable to guarantee next-day delivery.
