It is a gorgeous looking fob watch, but it stopped working not long after the purchase- I'm yet to change the battery as I'm not back into my placement until the end of August, but even so, I wouldn't normally expect to have to buy a new battery so soon. The pin at the back fastens with a bit of a difficulty, which really stood out to me as this is my third fob watch from Annie apple and I have not had that issue before.
This is my second purchase from Annie’s Apple and I can honestly say the quality of both fob watches have been incredible. Not only that the customer service was outstanding. So much so I’m already looking for my 3rd fob watch. Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The watch was delivered very quickly. It came beautifully packaged and was of exceptional quality. I was proud to gift the watch to a future midwifery student for her 18th birthday. It's safe to say that she was thrilled and can't wait to wear it on placement. I originally wanted to get the back engraved, however my local engraver mentioned that the surface area was quite small and it was risky with the face being thin. He suggested a plaque for the box which came out really well - please see the photo for ideas on how to make your purchase that bit more personal.

I ordered a fob watch and want to share my experience. When I was going through the ordering process I had to enter my adress first before the available delivery options showed up. Although the adress was located in Germany there were three delivery options: Standard, Saturday and International shipping. Chose the cheapest which was standard shipping and about 5 EUR less than international and finished the order. About ten minutes later I received an email from Anna who told me there was a bug in the website and the Standard and Saturday shipping should not have been offered to me because it's an International shipping, so it would take up to 7 working days instead of 1-2 days. She asked If that's OK for me and I confirmed (we never talked about the difference in shipping cost). Four days later I received the parcel. I had to pay an additional 11 euros in import sales tax but when I ripped the shipping bag, saw the lovely designed box and unboxed this really beautiful watch I knew it was absolutely worth it. Thanks Annie Apple for this wonderful experience!

First of all, customer service is outstanding. There were issues in the courier of the Venus watch internationally with it going back to them several times without any information till it was finally deduced that the presence of the battery was the cause, being a prohibited item in international dispatches. Throughout that time, Mia and then Anna were absolutely patient with my constant badgering doing their best to get the watch to me. And once it reached, the nurse for whom I had made the purchase absolutely loved it, making it all the more worthwhile. Kudos to you guys. Keep it up
