The warranty period for Annie Apple watches is 2 years from the date of purchase. We do require proof of purchase for all warranty claims and service requests, therefore we recommend keeping your original order confirmation. We guarantee the watch if the item is proven to have defects in manufacturing and materials. The warranty is only applicable on watches purchased through our website or by an authorised seller. Once your warranty claim has been approved by Annie Apple, we will provide a repair or a replacement watch free of charge.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only which include the movement, dial, hands and the pin.

- The life of the battery

- General wear and tear

- Scratches or broken glass

- Damage resulting from improper handling and lack of care or accidents

- Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party

- Water damage

- Items which are lost or stolen

All of our watches are 3ATM water resistant, which means they are suitable to withstand splashes and rain/snow. Please note leather straps should never be exposed to water or moisture, as this will cause the strap to deteriorate as well as a stain or discolour. If your leather strap accidentally comes in contact with these elements, dry the strap immediately with a soft absorbent cloth to help reduce any further damage. Annie Apple watches should not be exposed to chemical substances such as perfumes, cosmetics or cleaning products.
