RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

We hope you are delighted with your new Annie Apple product but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help you.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange your item(s).

Please note:

- All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition

- Please don’t remove links on watches with metal bracelets before returning. It must be returned to us in the same condition it was received.

- The gift box must be returned to us and intact

- We do not accept refunds on gift cards

- Returns are processed within 5 working days from receiving the item, please be aware that it can take a few days for the refund to show in your account

- If you are returning your item from outside of the UK, we reserve the right to deduct the outward shipping fees from your refund total, this includes if you received free shipping.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?

Check out our returns policy ahead of starting the return process. If you are eligible for a return then please follow the steps below.

- You will receive a returns form in your parcel, please fill out the form with your reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.

- Package up your item in the original packaging alongside the return form.

- Email us at hello@annieapple.co.uk to advise us that you are returning your product and the reason for return.

- Print off your postage label, you will find the return address on your return order form.

- Take the parcel to your local post office. We strongly advise using a tracked/signed shipping method, for example, Royal Mail tracked and signed, as we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost. 

- Keep the proof of postage

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE?

Check out our returns policy ahead of starting the exchange process. If you are eligible for exchange then please follow the steps below.

- You will receive a returns form in your parcel, please fill out the form with your reason for return and confirm you would like an exchange.

- Package up your item in the original packaging alongside the return form.

- Email us at hello@annieapple.co.uk to advise us that you are returning your product and the reason for the exchange.

- Print off your postage label, you will find the return address on your return order form.

- Take the parcel to your local post office. We strongly advise using a tracked/signed shipping method, for example, Royal Mail tracked and signed, as we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost.

- Once we receive your return, your exchange will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Please note: If the item(s) is cheaper than your original order then we will refund the difference. If the item(s) is more expensive then you will be required to pay the difference before we dispatch your replacement.

WHAT IF RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM OR MY ITEM IS OR BECOMES FAULTY?

In the unlikely event your order arrives faulty or is incorrect, please contact our customer support at hello@annieapple.co.uk for further instructions to resolve any issues.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns are processed within 5 working days from receiving the item and you will receive a notification via email once it has been processed. Please be aware that it can take a few days for the refund to show in your account.
