Always clean the watch gently with a clean, dry, and soft cloth. Cloths containing dirt, sand or dust particles may lead to scratches and should therefore be avoided. Please don't put too much pressure on when cleaning the crystal. Avoid contact with perfume, creams and hairspray as this can get stuck in the watch strap which will make it more difficult to clean. In difficult-to-reach places, you can use a soft toothbrush. We would advise you to store your watch in its original packaging when not in use and avoid excessively high or low temperatures.

We recommend taking your Annie Apple watch to a professional jeweller to change the battery. This will ensure the safe removal of the case back and so it is sealed properly. Please note that the warranty will no longer cover your watch if you damage the watch when changing the battery yourself therefore we discourage this.

All of our watches are 3ATM water resistant, which means they are suitable to withstand splashes and rain/snow. Please note leather straps should never be exposed to water or moisture, as this will cause the strap to deteriorate as well as a stain or discolour. If your leather strap accidentally comes in contact with these elements, dry the strap immediately with a soft absorbent cloth to help reduce any further damage. Annie Apple watches should not be exposed to chemical substances such as perfumes, cosmetics or cleaning products.
